One morning...

The sun rises, casting a golden glow over Table Mountain—a majestic peak that has become a cherished part of our family’s active lifestyle.

Reaching the summit, we are greeted by panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see.

We find a comfortable spot to rest and indulge in a well-deserved picnic.

Enjoying the simple pleasures of fresh fruits, snacks, and laughter shared among loved ones.

After refueling, we continue our adventure with a brisk walk along the winding paths that lead us to the descent.

Going down, although challenging at times, fills us with a sense of accomplishment and gratitude for the opportunity to experience the beauty of nature while staying active as a family.

  2. I was once fortunate enough to climb the great wall of China, I was overweight and really not fit enough but i did it and there is no greater feeling than pushing through the barriers to stand at the top of a mountain with beautiful scenery all around you.
